Filming and Editing shows and events. Insured and with CRB check clearance.

The following is our Child Protection Policy.

Our videographer's have an enhanced CRB certificate to ensure your children are in safe hands.
All duplication of the show are produced in house.
Our video productions are covered by the 1988 Copyright act and we reserve the right to take legal action against copyright infringement.
All copies of the show are distributed by your children's school/organisation or sold under their instruction. We don't sell the DVDs from our website.
We gain permission of your children's school or the organisation they belong before filming the performance or taking any interviews.
We will never use your children's clips for promotion purpose without their school's or organisation's authorisation. (All clips on this site have been authorised).
We will never misuse your children's clips.
We have appropriate public liability insurances and professional indemnity insurance.
We are members of the Institute of Videography and abide by their strict Code of Practice.

We offer over 20 years experience of stage performance filming production and know how to get the best results from different situations.

We have a great Child Protection Policy in place to help protect the images of very young children.
We can film your show completely FREE of Charge, collecting payment from the copies you sell to students and parents. Or we can film for a fee and you can make and distribute your own copies. see prices
We consult with the Dance School Principle on all aspects of the production, especially if it is the first time we have worked together.
We keep your school and students up to date with the progress of the editing via our facebook page.
If it is a new venue we generally visit before the filming (when possible) to check out the best places to set up the cameras and microphones, and introduce ourselves to the stage manager.
If possible, we like to consult with the lighting technician before the lights are set up for the performance (dress rehearsal is a good time).
We film with state of the art HD video cameras.
Copies are usually ready about two weeks after the production so we are not keeping everyone waiting.
We belong to a professional video production organization called the Institute of Videographers and abide by their strict Code of Practice

FREE FILMING SERVICE

Box sets are charged at £15.00 each for 35 DVD box sets or above.
For under 35 DVD box sets, £400 for initial 20 copies, then £15.00 each.

Notes

All these prices are much cheaper than most companies of our level. No filming nor editing charges.
Prices above assumed the show runs up to 3 hours and within 30 miles radius of Mansfield. If your show is under 1 hour or outside our range please contact us for special prices.
Mileage may be chargeable for some shows over 35 Miles radius from Mansfield. Postage may apply for delivery.
We always film with at least two Videographers and three HD cameras.
All copies come in a fully designed colour printed DVD case, on high grade printed discs. Motion menus and chapters for every act are included.
We can travel all over the UK if the number of copies allows the extra expenses this entails. Please contact us.
For sales over 100 copies we can Donate a percentage back to you.
Terms of our free filming service

As part of our free service to you, you must not make a profit on the DVD sales. You agree to sell at the price we set.
You must buy the minimum number of copies agreed upon (usually at least 35 copies).
Payment must be made before duplication and despatch of the DVD copies to you.
All copies are Guaranteed to be in working order and can be replaced with a new copy in the unlikely event of a problem within one month of distribution. It is the consumers responsibility to check discs when they receive them. We can't replace DVDs after one month!
As part of our Child Protection Policy we produce copies of your dance show in house.
