Powder coating is a dry powder electro statically charged and once powder paint is sprayed on to the item it is baked in the oven at a high temperature for a specific time to cure . The finished result is a hard wearing , even , glass like finish , which is more durable and longer lasting than wet paint .

DRIVE IN SERVICE

We offer a drive in service where you can bring your car to us and we will remove the wheels , have the tyres removed then fully refurb them then after powder coating the wheels will have the tyres refitted with new valves and fully balanced , all ready to drive away ( this requires pre-booking )
Parts can be send to us by post or courier and we will make sure they are well wrapped up to send back safely .
Our turn around time is usually 4 days but for a premium we can do them in 48 hours .
