Our Founder

Yuli Harness is the owner and head chef of our business. She has been cooking since the age of 8, and was brought up on a range of authentic Indonesian recipes passed down from her grandmother and mother in turn. Yuli now delights customers with those same delicious dishes. Though most of the recipes are unaltered and traditional, Yuli has also provided her unique, inventive take on some classics, resulting in new, refined dishes.
