False Promises
I found this review ‘Drawing’ in a search for Mr Erricker and have to agree that he is less than truthful having promised to get back to us on a planning matter that he obviously decided to hide away from. He called once to get us to give details on a planning application that was extended only to find out that there is zero response from his listed number at his website. He appeared in a photo for a project in a local magazine as one of the workers on the lead team that would be handling several major works and we have no idea how he does this except to say, he is MIA and obviously upsetting folks without consequence.

He told me and my wife he was an architect as well as a surveyor he did draws for our extensions and didn’t do them properly so had to resubmit which he kept telling us he was and he just kept telling us lies my wife is mentally ill and she has had a break down over this he knew she was ill the man doesn’t stop lying he is a nasty piece of work who has taken our money but has done nothing about it other than lie steer well clear of this low life
