David has advised us on every stage of our project including design drawings, obtaining planning permission, and monitoring of building works through to completion. The overall project cost was in excess of £250k and involved major structural works. He liaised very effectively with all parties including the local council, structural surveyors, building contractors, electrical contractors, joiners etc. We are particularly pleased with the final result to which David's expertise and attention to detail were important contributing factors. We would have no hesitation in recommending him to other potential clients and indeed would expect to work with him again when we progress onto the next stage of our project.

We were recommended by a friend of ours and we were very happy with the recommendation. Extending our Grade II Listed Toll House was never going to be easy but with the help of David the many changes required by the council didn't turn into the headache that it could easily of done.
