RICS Regulated Valuation Reports for Help to Buy redemption, remortgaging and sales

We provide independent RICS regulated inspection and valuation reports for Help-to-Buy and shared ownership redemption. We can also provide you with an independent valuation report to give a better idea of what your property is worth prior to placing it on the market.

We cover the majority of the East Midlands including Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire and Leicestershire. We offer a flat fee of £250 (inclusive of VAT) and a turn around time of 3 working days regardless of location or size of your property.
