DC Graphic Designs started off as a hobby printing gifts for special occasions to give our family and friends. Once word got around, we started expanding and recieving requests from people and places outside our family circle.

The products are available online so with the current downturn of the economy, we do not have the high overheads of a high street shop so we have no needs to pass on extra costs to our clients. Postage

All our postage includes First Class Recorded or International Signed for.
Our aim is to offer good quality items with a prompt and reliable service.
Most items are normally despatched within 24/48 hours of cleared payment, this is of course subject to the Post Office hours.
Proof of postage is always obtained when we post items and normally when you recieve notice of despatch you should also see the tracking number.
We can offer a next day service if required - please email us for details.
Goods that are personalised with text, photos, logos etc can not be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty.
Postage on returns or exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer and are subject to conditions.
