Bad customer service
Staff have no idea of how to provide quality customer service. Found them to be inaccessible and they were unaccomodating.

Disappointing
A real disappointment. A photographer who quite frankly just went through the motions as quickly as she could without any engagement with us, and ignoring the fact we wanted a fun, special experience, Followed by a very heavy sell and horribly expensive prints.
