Walking past is the best thing to do...
Oh. My. Word. I met Ms Decorexi one year ago at Grand Designs exhibition and she was the most lovely and chatty women there! She had just opened her business and surprised how well it went online. I went to the shop yesterday and her and her ghastly employees made my jaw drop! First of all, when entering, I was pushed to the side by one of the staff members who shouted at a lady in the shop: "I don't have time! You're asking me this, you're asking me that...you can come back on Saturday, I don't have time." The lady frowned and said that it's a shame that they don't have time to do business. The owner screamed from the back: "If you look at the door, you'll see why!!!" The small door sign says 'Trade only' or something like that. I then started to speak to the red-haired owner and told her I met her before and got some pieces for interiors I did a while ago. She was very bitter and short with her answer. In between all the mirrors and deco pieces, one staff member decided to change her baby boy's diapers -that was just too much and I ran out of there as fast as I could! So, if you're not trade, you're not welcome. Even if you're trade like me, you'll be treated like rubbish, just like I was treated by the owner. Make a beeline around this place if you don't want your day ruined! All the pretty stuff she sells is not worth it, believe me! Awful.

Extremely rude
"You irritate me, get ... out of my shop..." Those our the very words with which the "lovely" lady at Decorexi shoo-ed me out, waving her hands behind me as if "herding" chickens. "I don't need you, I don't need anything from you, you need me more than I do..." UH ??? All I wanted was to buy something, worth £4 ... Feeling extremely insulted (I couldn't repeat her exact words on here) and shocked at this unprovoked attack I walked out, dumbfounded and confused, wondering what it was I had done wrong. After some analysis, we realised my big mistake was to dare to buy something in there and not realising it was trade only. Having never been to this shop before or the area much, I didn't have a clue. She DID first sell a candle to my friend though, who wasn't trade neither... adding to the confusion... I wouldn't recommend this shop to no-one, trade or otherwise. At least I'm not the only one to receive this kind of treatment and shouldn't take it personal. I advise her to make a MASSIVE sign saying Trade Only and not only a small sign on the open door, where you can't see it. Horrible experience...

A shop to be missed
I wanted to buy a quantity of goods wholesale for my business but the shop owner acted as if I as a potential customer was a gross inconvenience. Unquestionably one of the most unpleasant shopping experience I have come across.
