Like many people, I was taught to bake by my grandma and spent many happy hours in her Victorian kitchen mixing, beating, baking and eating cake!

I love to create new recipes and flavours and, a few years ago decided that it was also time to start my sugar craft journey, taking lessons and short courses-something which I still do today as I'm constantly seeking out new techniques and ideas-to prettify my cakes and bakes. I am as passionate about baking as I am about decorating and firmly believe that cakes should taste as good as they look.
For that reason I use only the finest ingredients: free range eggs;
free trade golden sugars;fine flours and high quality flavours and extracts [some of which are also home-made] as well as superior professional fondant so that every cake is lovingly designed, baked and decorated with care and attention, for your special occasion.
