I am a sole trader working from my home in Cranleigh, Surrey.
I have been working with computers for 40 years. After being made redundant in 2003, I set up in business by myself to offer basic tuition on home computers for people who had never had any need to use them previously, but felt that they were now missing out on the benefits of email and the internet, for example.
From that I have expanded to encompass technical support for such things as buying computers and associated equipment, home networking and fault diagnosis.
I also now offer support to small businesses that need computers to run their business, but do not have the time, or possibly the expertise, to keep them up to date and fix problems as they arise.
