I recently booked an appointment at destiny because they stocked an MGNY dress that I wanted to try on, I spent 2 hours in the shop trying dresses on, and the girl even offered to take photos of me in the dresses so that I had them on my phone to compare and look back at, nothing was too much trouble and there was no pressure. I did have other appointments booked in Newcastle to try other dresses on, well it was my only chance to try wedding dresses on so I was going to make the most of it, the service or the dresses in Newcastle didn't come anywhere close to the service I had received at destiny, needless to say I booked another appointment at destiny to try the dress back on, I loved it and ordered it, the advise from the girls at destiny was just fab, they made me feel great, I was never rushed or pressured into anything, their service was professional and this ensured I have found 'the dress', simply fab

Fantastic professional service. Warm welcome. BEAUTIFUL products and shop. DEFFO the best. I choose a dress and then changed my mind and ellen the shop owner was very good even agreeing i suited the second one better. You can not ask for a better service.thank you so much xx

FANTASTIC
First of all i was in the shop choosing my wedding dress when ellen the owner of destiny middlesborough was swore at and shouted at by a very rude lady.Ellen remained proffesional the entire time. I choose my dress that very day and her and her co-worker francis were so lovely. The shop is amazing and her dresses very beautiful. I went in nearly every shop in that town and ellens was by far the best. I find it very childish that somebody would go to these lengths to try and slate a buisness it just proves what kind of people they are.Destiny bridal shop does not need to worry about negative reviews as the shop, customer service skills and dresses sell themselves

Hi, this is Ellen from Destiny responding to these ridiculous reviews. I am not rude, i have never been rude. I suspect that the 3 poor reviews have been written by the same person. A shop nearby has recently closed after offering a very poor service as informed by several of my customers. Also, in 5 years of working in the bridal industry, i have only ever had a problem with one customer. This customer tried to rip me off and bully me into getting her money back. She was a professional person and was using this 'professional' status to try and intimidate me. Thankfully, i stood my ground and asked it to go to court. It never went to court, because I had done nothing wrong!! I take great offence at poor reviews, because I do my utmost for all my customers and I build up a great relationship with them all. These reviews are coming from someone who is very bitter and twisted towards me, this is not a refletion of me or my staff or my customer service one bit!!! If they had the guts to stand by their convictions, they would put their real name!!! Please take no notice and come to my shop and see for yourself the excellent service we offer. My Beautiful Wedding Dress
I first met Ellen a year ago when her shop was in Stokesley. I had been to lots of shops previously, when l stepped in Ellen was polite, bubbly and confident that the dress for me was in her shop and HOW RIGHT she was. It was the first time in my life l felt beautiful, being quite a large girl l looked amazing. I have recommended Ellen to alot of people l know who are getting married and they have every intention on visiting her shop. I was extremely upset to hear someone has wrote nasty and untrue comments on her and her shop, she is a lovely lady who makes you not only feel comfortable but like a princess. SIMPLY THE BEST
I bought my dress from Destiny in March after travelling to various bridal shops and getting really bad customer service, not from all of them! Best service by far, i do not believe any of the negative reviews on here, this does not describe the owner and her shop at all, they were so so lovely!!! i recommend them to everyone!! Amy

ATTENTION ALL BRIDES dont go there HORRIBLE SHOP I got my dress from there the owner is so rude and not helpfull at all wish i had gone to more wedding shops.

Ellen is AMAZING and absolutely lovely PERSON. She is very professional and the service is excellent. She is polite, and gives you any advice you need! You couldn't receive a more professional, helpful service. Not only that her shop is LUSH!!!!!!! I could go on all day writing complementing words about her, but i think you should really try Destiny Bridal Prom for yourself, You won't regret !! xxx I do not believe that the review above is genuine I think whoever is doing this is doing it out of spite, they need to GROW UP!!!!!!!!

Very bad service could not belive how rude the owner was once i handed the money over,quality of the dress was bad for what i paid would not tell any one to use this shop you learn by your mistakes wish i used one of the other many bridal shops.

Love Destiny!
I bought two dresses from Destiny, one for my daughter for her 18th birthday and one for myself for a ball. We love them! We really had no idea what we were looking for but Ellen was fantastic and really helped us to find the perfect dress for the occasion. We felt like a million dollars and got so many compliments when we wore them. Fantastic dresses, very reasonable prices and great service. Would definitely recommend
