Our Services

We bring together the services of Historic Building Consultants, Architectural Consultants, Chartered Building Surveyors, Project Managers and Energy Assessors to provide a complete service for both private and public clients. We work across sectors, including Heritage, Leisure, Housing, Education, Commercial, Industrial and Retail.

We also work closely with other professionals to offer additional skills if required. DEWIS is registered as a designer with CHAS, a Government backed Health & Safety assessment scheme. DEWIS also has policies in place including Health & Safety, Equal Opportunities, Welsh Language, Environmental and Customer Care.
