DFL have been working for us cleaning and caretaking at our house in Constantine Bay since May 2015. They replaced our former cleaner and we have never looked back. Rosie and Luke are reliable, honest, hard working and ensure that the house is cleaned to a very high standard. We have already received several reports from our guests this summer congratulating us on the standard of cleanliness maintained in the house. Rosie is always on hand if I need to text or email her with any concerns and responds very quickly. We had an incident whereby one of the televisions stopped working in the house and we received a telephone call from the client at 7.00pm on a Friday night. I contacted Rosie immediately and Luke had picked up a television from Wadebridge and delivered it by 10.30am the following morning (we rang Woolacotts and paid over the phone am Saturday). We of course reimbursed DFL for doing this but we were so very grateful it was handled at such speed. Both Rosie and Luke are cooperative, professional and a pleasure to work with. I know that our house is in good hands and I can be honest and up front with them if any situation arises. We have booked our slot for next year and will happily pay a retainer fee each month to secure this. We know that the house will be checked and a light refresher clean performed every week until the season re-opens.

I just wanted to write a note to say how clean the house was looking on our arrival. The Spring clean you did has definitely made a big difference and, frankly, my wife and I have never seen the house look so clean! We have had a couple of caretakers over the last three years and neither of them have cleaned the house to the same standard as you. We are delighted to have found you and thanks for the great job that you are doing.
