After recently moving to Stoke-On-Trent we needed a cleaner. In our last house in Greater Manchester, we used to have a cleaner come from Diamond Home Support and had brilliant service at a great price for many years. So we were delighted to learn that there is another Diamond Home Support office in Stoke-On-Trent. It was a no brainer to approach them to see if they could help. Brian the owner came to see us to explain the service and ask about our requirements. He was very approachable and reassured us that he would get us a cleaner that would be perfect for our requirements. Within 5 days he had appointed us a lovely lady called Lucy. Lucy has been coming cleaning for us for 4 hours a week for the last 5 months. As both of us work, she has a key and comes every Thursday. It is an absolute delight coming home from work on a Thursday evening as the house is spotless. Not only does Lucy clean throughout, she even changes the bedding and puts the wheelie bins out for us! For the one time that Lucy was on holiday, Brian called us a week before and arranged for another lovely cleaner named Gillian to cover for that week. For someone who had not been to our house previously, she did an excellent job. Apparently to ensure continuity, Brian had got a brief of what Lucy did at our house and passed it over to Gillian to replicate! Recommend to all as they do go the extra mile! Keep up the good work!!.
