Lost order for Wife's Birthday
I have used this florist florist twice in the past 3 months. First time I had great service. Second time was for my wife's birthday, I ordered and payed the flowers 10 days in advance. The flowers never got delivered, the order had been lost. I managed to get a refund as I had proof of payment from card. I would of expected a refund as well as compensation in the way of flowers for my wife. Not recommended.
