excellent support
I was suffering from depression and anxiety and having tried traditional counselling 3 years before,which had been useful at the time, I knew I was ready for something different. I was fortunate to be put in touch with diane through a colleague at work. I found her sessions so useful and gave me immediate relief. I found I talked about things I hadn't realised were stopping me from moving on. Don't get me wrong I didn't just cry we laughed and we considered. Diane is wonderful and I felt like I was meeting a friend, she did not judge....she just helped. She was exactly what I needed and within days I found myself back at work and much stronger....I know now that not everything is my fault and I also have choices...trust her, I did and for me it worked !!!
