Insurance job to fix my crashing tv! Turned up to collect it by a man with his trouser around his ankles, mask around his chin and didn't even wash his hands after using the toilet. They had it 3 weeks with no communication. It wasn't till we contacted our insurers dud we get it back. When it returned they had made the crashing even worse, broken the Bluetooth module and damaged the bezel. They came back to fix it and took it away again, another 3 weeks later it came back after we had to contact insurers again it was totally broken. It was no longer a smart TV, won't connect to any Bluetooth device ie sound bar! When we spoke to them on the phone they were beyond rude even saying to my wife "you won't understand the technical terms" as to say because your a women!!!! Read their reviews on Google, trust pilot ect they will over charge for works not even needed and for work they don't do!
