I also suffered terrible service from these muppets. You cannot take them at there would so take great care to get everything in writing. Even then, they will try to fob you off with second rate service and excuses. I think they may have gone under since my dealings with them; if so good riddance

STEER CLEAR OF DIRECT4CARS THEY DONT REALLY CARE!
WE PURCHASED A MERCEDES 1 YEAR AGO AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET THE SERVICE BOOK STAMPED UP AND SEND IT TOO US AT A LATER DATE. DONT BE A MUG AND BELIEVE THEM LIKE WE DID, ONE YEAR LATER AND 45 PHONE CALLS LATER OUR CAR IS DUE FOR ITS ANNUAL SERVICE AND WE STILL HAVENT RECIEVED THE SERVICE BOOK. £10K CAR THE MOST EXPENSIVE WE HAVE EVER PAID FOR OUR CAR AND WE HAVE ENDED UP NOT KNOWING IF WE WILL EVER GET THE BOOK. HOW DO WE SELL AN EXCUTIVE 3.2 LITRE MERCEDES ON TO SOMEONE ELSE WITHOUT A SERVICE BOOK! NOWERDAYS ITS HOW OUR COUNTRY WORKS WE SELL IT WITH HISTORY. FAULSE SELLING AND FAKE ADVERTISING WILL NOT GO DOWN WELL IN COURT! STAY AWAY IF YOU HAVE ANY SENCE.

Don't ever buy a car from these people!
This is without any doubt the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with, not only was i treated badly, i was sold a car which had to go back to them on many occasions only to be told that I was becoming a pain and should go away, the loan cars broke down, more than once, they then came and took one of the loan cars from outside my home, without telling me, leaving me to catch a bus back to the garage to collect my faulty car - I wish them all the bad luck in the world. You've been warned! DON'T BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE
