Do not use this company!! Complete scam artists who say they've lost your order then say they will refund you, but don't!! They then blame you and tell you to never order from them again like you would anyway!! They don't answer the phone or emails, complete scam!! Save your money!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

Poor customer service, insulting.
I would not reccommend this service, as their customer communication is very poor. My order was misprinted, so I attempted to request a refund. When I did manage to get in contact, the representative was frankly very rude. The issue was not resolved to my satisfaction, and their treatment was insulting.

Great products and service
Just a quick review to say thank you for our banner, which we recieved today, we asked for a standard design service as we did not have our own artwork and this was a free service, but i must say the design that was made for us was perfect! and discount banner printing paid the upmost attention to every detail we requested ensuring our banner was bold and bright and matched the theme of the event, thanks again very impresed with the service overall and will be using your company again :)

Great company to deal with
Great service and a great company to deal with my item was delivered in a coppal of days from ordering We first found Discount banner printing after having a bad experience with another printing company and have nothing but good things to say about them. We would defiantly use them again and the quality of the stickers were very good. if we were being picky we would have liked to receive the s stickers quicker than 3 working days but do realize that they are fully custom made.

THIEVES
I CANNOT STRESS ENOUGH TO YOU NOT TO USE THIS SO CALLED COMPANY! They will take your order and your money but you will not see your order. If you are lucky enough to see your order, chances are, from others reviews, it will be wrong and they will blame you. If you write a bad review, they will bribe you to take off the review and then they will offer to give you a voucher. . . . what a bribe. They will not answer the so called company phone. They will not respond to email. I am still waiting for my order almost a month on. If you don't believe me, just search Discount Banner Printing Reviews. . . I wish I had done so sooner. The so called huge business is run from a standard house, or should I say, the business is not operating because they do not produce your goods after taking your money. Check on google maps for yourself. I will be taking them to court without hesitation. Don't get ripped off by them.....just don't order through them.

Awful Service
Absolutely awful business they sent a incorrect banner (as i requested no eyelets which they said was fine) it was sent with eyelets and then ignored all communication until i set up a paypal dispute at which time they lied and said they phone me and told me that they have to use eyelets we feel completely scammed and them then lying is unreal at the end of the day a mistake is fine wouldnt have minded but they refused to try and fix it then blamed it on me.

Awfull
Took our money - miss printed results. Wouldn't believe that they'd made a mistake - had to create a video capture of our screen to demonstrate that their website did not work correct. They accepted the fault - we posted back our order for reprinting - they claimed they never received it and won't send us our order. Very uncustomer friendly on the phone, slow at any response - orginal order took 5 times longer than their site suggested. Do not use!
