Poor car/ Poor service

Andrew took me for a test drive in a Fiat Doblo, I liked it but I noticed that the stereo needed a code and an engine fault light was on. On closer inspection I said I thought it needed new rear tires. Andrew assured me that if I bought the car it would have a full service and MOT. When I bought the car it came with the same tyres (took them to my own garage who said they were illegal) the stereo had not been fixed and the engine light came back on when I drove the vehicle home. Also one wheel only had three wheel nuts and there was no rubber in the rear wiper. All from a car that had just had a "full" service and MOT. Odd really?! I phoned up and complained and Andrew was very dismissive of the problems and said this could have happened to any car and told me to bring it back to the garage. When I picked it up he gave me the keys and said "There you go." No offer of an apology. I then asked him for such an apology and he replied "for what?" This man is a typical wheeler dealer who would happily rip you off and sell you rubbish. I note on the way home from the garage the light engine light came back on. I would urge you, for your own piece of mind - not to buy off this man.
