UNBELIEVABLE
An outstanding selection of ceramic, porcelain and marble tiles! all displayed on huge displays, with great prices unlike that of neighbouring CTD who's prices are inflated. Also, regarding Paul Phillips what other trade store would you go to and gain a full refund back from a FULL order, Parr's. Dove, Other tile stores would quite rightfully have a handling charge. Anyway - Discount Tiles is without doubt the nicest looking and best old-fashioned service style shop in the surrounding area.

Poor customer service and a 20% refund charge
This shop flatters to deceive, has a good range and offers cash deals. They claim to beat all others, however watch out, should you wish to cancel your order they WILL charge you 20 % of the original deal in any refund. This is not explained to you at point of sale and not displayed at the sales counter. In fact the sign they have states that they are only to willing to refund. The rear of the order form has the terms and conditions they rely on to rip customers off. Be aware ! Other tiling firms in the area don't do this, advice go elsewhere and don't fall for their tactics to make money out of honest people.
