Took my money the very next day, but had no response to emails or their contact us enquire form when parcel did not and has still not arrived. Do not order they do not punish bad reviews no do they correspond with their customers.

Frauds!
They take your money and don't post the goods. Then they don't respond when you try to contact 'customer services'. Scamming criminals as far as I'm concerned!

destroyed my return
I have just received my return I posted few days ago in unworn condition and with all tags and I have received it back destroyed and uncomplete set with letter saying that my return has been rejected because of it's condition. I have never ever posted anything that I would have worn before and at the time I was sending your items back I posted another 4 different items of clothing from other companies which have been accepted!! So not only you have rejected my return which I have been emailing you about for 2 weeks but you have actually had the guts to destroy the item and post it back incomplete. For the sake of £40 ?!
