Fantastic service! I was a bit concerned because Domestic Surveys were cheaper than others I contacted, but they had good reviews elsewhere. I wanted a full building survey by an independent surveyor who would tell it like it is. The property is three storeys, Victorian so the state of the roof was important. Jon used a tall pole with a camera to inspect the roof and wrote a detailed report, then came round to talk me through his findings, which was really helpful. I've even got a reduction on the purchase price, more than the fee! Highly recommended.
