Good Attitude
Asked the driver who was making a delivery in Khartoum Rd, Weymouth a question on specific part of their service. Driver very informed and courteous, not sales drivel just fact, good ambassador for thecompany,staff like him Dorchester Timber wont go wrong.

Although I only wanted a few lengths of shiplap for my shed, i found the service very polite and helpful.

I was very warmly welcomed when I arrived and was helped enthusiastically by the guys at Dorchester Timber Ltd. I didn't know the correct terminology as I just required some timber for a relatively large DIY project at home. They helped me without being patrinising and also gave me some very useful advise on the job I was to undertake. They even saved a few quid as they recommended other materials that would also be more suited to my project. I will finish by saying that I can highly recommended them for your timer requirements, wether it be a big job or small.

Had exactly what I wanted and even cut it to the required sizes. Much cheaper than other stores. Top blokes.

Unhelpful and with Attitude
Got a load of attitude from the chaps working in there. Not particualrly helpful to Joe public who doesnt know exactly what they need and doesnt know all the 'terminology'. Bloke basically cut the timber to size and walked off and didnt even offer to help carry it even though I was the only customer there. I think they only want tradesmen really. Thought I'd support small local company, but I wont be going there again.
