Poor service
The policy of this business is that a refund is not given. I bought a hardwood stool costing £250 which split at the base a few days later. I was refused a refund. Today I bought a lamp shade which which was too small. I was told that dorwards do not give refunds. I insisted successfully! Plus they never give receipts.!!!

Excellent
I love this shop - always has beautiful furniture, pictures & gifts - something different. Hope it's not one of the many high street shops killed off by the supermarkets. Staff in Galashiels are very helpful too. I would thoroughly recommend visiting this shop.
