Poor workmanship, terrible customer service
We had a couple tiles replaced by this company, and around 8 weeks later one of them blew off. We can only presume it wasn't nailed/fixed in place right, but on calling them back they put us off again and again (knowing the damp was causing issues in our baby's nursery), made their excuses, and at one point told us to put it through our insurance company to have the whole edge re-tiled and pointed at a cost of around £420+. We have now contacted other companies to quote the replacement tile, all of which have said the first company must not have fixed it in place right first time. My advice, go elsewhere.
