I am registered with the Health Professions Council, registration number PYL16628 (www.hpcheck.org) and am chartered with the British Psychological Society. I use time-limited evidence-based psychotherapies, most commonly Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT). CBT is a psychological treatment that encourages people to develop their ability to identify and challenge negative thoughts, and to re-evaluate possibly unhelpful beliefs about themselves, other people and the world. I can help with a wide range of difficulties including: Anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, eating disorders and bereavement.
