Disappointing

Where to start, Firstly, the grooms set of flower where not sent to his house. They when to my house, which meant he could not get it until the church. Firstly this added stress to him on the day. Secondly, it meant that the photos taken at his house they are missing and now look slightly odd. > I don't know how this happened, as she took both address when we visited and an email with an attachment saying who was to get what and where, was sent. Plus she added rose to the males flowers when it was just a thistle foe all apart from the groom. Some of the females are where not what we asked for. > > The flowers where not delivered to what we had required! > > > Also, we were told that the names would be written on each flower so they would not get mixed up. This was not the case they where on the box I believe so they did get mixed up. So again the right flowers did not go to the right person. Only initials (one had a "M" on it) further more, I think my flowers looked ok, however I said I really didn't want random lilies coming from the bottom which I was told they would have some freesia inbetween. This was not the case. During the day 5/6 flowers fell out and had to be put back in. > Lastly, the bridesmaids was to get a slightly bigger set than the flower girl but they were all the same. So the bridemaids had flowergirl size hand ties. Also the freesia were close and not open on the day. So we paid for flower buds!! > > Overall, the flowers were ok but not what we thought we were getting. My flowers looked good but they where not what I asked for. >
