From my point of view its about memories, your memories. I wonder, if your Grandparents had a Film made of their Wedding, would you watch it? Yes off course you would as its a momento of that day..
Your children will want to watch your film, and so will their children.
I remember when I was young, my Dad had a Cine camera, he would film family holidays with him, mum and my grandparents to, I still have those films today, and so my grandparents live on in those films.
Those films are priceless.
So I strongly advise you to have your memories captured, especially your Wedding Day.
