Poor customer service for HM forces.
Our son is in the Royal Navy and is away on operations serving his country. He ordered from Drinksdirect a bottle of decent port for his dad. The port failed to arrive and after 12 days we were concerned of its non arrival. We contacted the company via e mail as they have no customer phone number and they are refusing to communicate with our e mail address as its not the one that placed the order. Unfortunately our son is not available to communicate with them due to lack of communications. We have the order number and other relevant details but they are still refusing to help us. So it's a good money spinner for them taking people's hard earned cash and not fulfilling their contract.
