I would never sell something that i did't genuinely think would benifit the customer, I have a huge general computer knowledge. If i cannot fix it i will not change you, i also have no call out fee. so you have nothing to loose!

I will always make an effort to educate the customer to prevent further problems, which in time could save you money aswell.
