Durham Pilates Studio welcomes you to practice Pilates with confidence through our small classes and private instruction, led by a dual qualified Pilates instructor and osteopath. We specialise in providing a personal touch for general fitness and rehabilitation to allow individual needs to be met in a fun way.

Durham Osteopilates is based in Durham Pilates Studio, Mandale Park, Belmont, Durham. We provide Pilates services to people of all ages and abilities as we can adapt the Pilates and our approach to meet your needs.

Our focus is on providing high quality Pilates services, with all instruction being provided by a registered osteopath who is fully qualified to teach all forms of Pilates, not just matwork alone. Thus all participants benefit from our extensive knowledge of the human body and its movement principles, enabling everyone to exercise safely and effectively with confidence, irrespective of whether you are fit and healthy, suffer from musculoskeletal pain, such as low back pain, are hypermobile or have a specific medical issue.

As well as matwork and small accessories, we have a range of large 'state of the art' Pilates equipment including a reformer, a Clinical Reformer (which is particularly useful for rehabilitation), a Cadillac, Step Barrel, Wunda Chair and Orbit. Overall, the large equipment facilitates the achievement of personal health and fitness goals by tailoring the choice of spring resistance, as well as exercise choice, to individual need. It also provides for a more dynamic workout.
