Scam Artist

I bought an Indesit module from these guys and tried it with my machine, I was still have the same problem and therefore returned it to them (recorded delivery) initially they argued that they haven't received anything and then amazingly they found it. However in order avoid refunding my money they claimed that it was the 'exchange' rather than their original one and therefore could not refund me the money. Every time I would call I would need to speak to Tony as he dealt with refunds - he was very difficult to get a hold of apparently he only works one hour - 10 to 11am (bulls***) so I emailed him, had no response, so decide to call, and then when I spoke to him I got the same story. He couldn't justify how they distinguish between new and the old (exchange) boards. This is obviously a scam as not only has he charged me for the module, but has also had his original back and now I am out of pocket with the money as well as with the board. I had my suspicions about them when they ask for the board back but I thought lets support a small company, what a mistake! Furthermore Tony also had the cheek to say that take it up with your credit card company, which means he has obviously been through this before and rather than him paying out he wants my credit card company to pay out! What a scam artist! DO NOT USE!!!!! YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK!!!
