E-mediacy and CRM

E-mediacy uses a mix of traditional direct mail and modern e-media (email & SMS) to assist their customers in communicating with their own clients in the most effective way.

Additional services include: Response Handling; Pick & Pack, Warehouse storage; Telephone Hotline facility; Database updating via "goneaway" mail.

Paper mailings via Royal Mail

Traditional direct mail still works! There will always be people that prefer to receive a letter on their doormat. E-mediacy can work with you from printing to posting - including laser personalisation, name & address matching, machine or hand enclosure, printed envelopes and advising on the best posting method.

Direct and Immediate

Many of our clients choose email marketing as it is fast and cheap! E-mediacy uses an email software system that sends up to 5,000 messages an hour. Each message can be personally addressed and includes a quick unsubscribe option. Reporting includes number of messages opened, links clicked, multiple openings, etc.

Database Updating

Every envelope that gets returned by Royal Mail as a "goneaway" or gets returned to you as "Return to Sender" costs you money. It's not just the wasted printing, envelope and postage though... If one of your customers has asked more than once to make a name or an address change, it's likely that you are losing their business and their goodwill. Response Handling

This can cover many different areas - from receipt of orders and processing on your behalf, through to using our Telephone Hotline number to receive phone orders for you. It also covers processing of advance exhibition tickets, charity banking & thanking and simple information requests.
