Worst agents ever
As my previous reviewer said - exactly the same experience. It's a family run firm - so no matter what you say as a tenant nobody ever cares. They wanted to charge us for toilet leakeages when we raised the issue. We decided to let this go. They charged us for a guy to come and see the door lock. They never ever help you without giving a hassle. They claim to have experience in lettings, but probably from another planet. They will even charge you for moving out, which is ridiculous, no way of getting a rolling contract which in other places is a standard. To get anything from them, you need to be persistent to a point of being obsessive. Avoid at all costs.

Scum of the Earth

BEWARE ESRA PROPERTY !
One of the worse letting agents I have ever dealt with ! MONEY GRABBING, will try and charge you for everything they possibly can. Incredibly poor service and remedial staff. Prime example was they didn't even know council tax laws properly. Watch out for Sharon and Susan, the most ill mannered aggresive people I have ever met. Upon be confronted with any issue will shout and swear and basically have a go at you. If there's any issues will come into the property and threaten you. BE WARY OF ESRA PROPERTY !
