Eagle Mill
Set within 3 acres of orchard, garden and paddock, Eagle Mill is an 18th Century millworker's cottage which has had a purpose built, architect designed bed and breakfast extension attached.
The area has a countryside feel yet it's convenient to the market towns of Huntingdon and St Ives with Cambridge being just 13 miles away. The fast train from Huntingdon will take you to London Kings Cross within 50 minutes.
The twin villages of Wyton and Houghton lie a brief stroll away, as do the marvellous countryside and river walks of the Ouse valley. The villages boast two traditional pubs serving good food, a busy independently owned traditional shop, two tea rooms, an antique shop and an awesome art gallery which showcases the eclectic talent of local artists.
The only operational water mill on the River Great Ouse is situated in Houghton and it is maintained by the National Trust.
