An awful experience
Made the mistake of using this person - called himself RIchard and yes, he was a Dick. Ripped me off and left me in tears! He was abusive when I asked for my money back - i wish I had found someone else - don't make the same mistake as I did.

Terrible
A terrible firm. Left me without hot water for hours and when I complained, they were VERY rude> I am a pensioner and need hot water for my medical issues! I would never use these people and wish I had not in the first place!

Cowboys
Awful, just awful. Called as an emergency service. The guy (said his name was Richard) was late turning up - i had water everywhere and was clearly distressed. He was rude and borderline abusive to me. Charged me a small fortune and ten minutes later, the leak was even worse!! Had to cal a real plumber to fix the problem. Definitely one to avoid!
