DAMAGED CAR- 50 MILES EXTRA ON CLOCK - DO NOT USE - JOY - WHEEL SPINS Booked via ‘airport parking genie’ website. Returned back to UK with family after long haul flight to find my car had smoke coming from engine and undrivable. No collection for us from airport. Xtra cab cost for us to dodgy premises in Hayes to collect damaged car. Turns out clutch burnt out. Car towed home at my expense. New clutch £1000. Told by my mechanic definitely only happens by doing wheel spins to burn clutch out that way. UNNACCOUNTED 50 miles extra on clock compare to what was logged on collection. Eazy parking amazingly denied all this even with evidence/paperwork/photos. Total joke. Taking to the courts. AVOID at all costs. Bad lesson learned. All Airport parking genie Offered me is my booking fee back amounting to £70! Total costs to me are £1200 mimimum. Shocking bad service from all involved.
