Always friendly and very professional
Mr Sylvester regularly treats the feet of my mother, father & mother-in-law (all 80-90 yrs of age). He is always kind, considerate and very helpful and they all like him immensely. Handles them with real professionalism and takes very good care.

Think twice before going here.
Think twice before making an appointment here. My experience was far from good and the work done by Graham Silvester is certainly not up to the standard I expected or have ever received from previous chiropodists or even pedicures. The procedure was rough and painful, very unpleasant. The results? After Graham Silvester had cut my toe nails they were not straight and very jagged. Such a mess! When I asked, have you finished? He replied yes. They are not straight, I said. He started to get very agitated and said I should use a scrubbing brush! I asked for my personal details back, phone, address, DOB and health questions as I would not be returning. I said I would pay the £35 bill (higher cost than anywhere I have been before,) after he returned my data. He refused so I snatched the document out of his hand and put it in my handbag, which was on the reception chair. He shot round the counter, went into my handbag and pulled out my data document. He then rang 999 for the police and said he had an abusive woman in his surgery that would not pay or leave his premises. (He asked me to leave again and I said I would wait for the police to arrive.) 3 Police Officers arrived, apparently to restrain me! (They realised that I did not need restraining.) Graham Silvester must have lied in his statement because I was accused of being abusive and threatening (which I wasn't) and told to pay the bill and that would be the end of it. Which I did. An enormously upsetting experience for me.
