Today is my fiftieth birthday. I am pleased to say that I am alive and kicking. Four months ago my GP told me that I had serious blood pressure problems. He offered me statins, which I didn't want because of possible side effects. He then said that it would help if |I stopped smoking. I laughed _ I tried to give up with pills, patches and gum - how do I do it. He said that some of his patients had given up with hypnosis and to check it out online. I gave up with Matthew Hall of Effective Hypnosis. I feel like a born again teen, with so much more energy. Thank you Matthew.
