i have been to this restaurant on two occasions one with my girlfriend for valentines day and another as a party of 22 people. the service was great even tho the restaurant was completely full we orderend of the set menu they offer for parties and waited about 10 minutes for the course which wasnt too bad as we were enjoying the cocktails and i had steak for my main which was tender and probly one of the best steaks i've had for a long time definately would go back there again!0

Have been to this restaurant three times before and have retained my opinion. The service is quite poor though the staff are quite friendly. This evening we waited two hours before receiving our main course, which was quite nice but obviously unfresh, pre prepared and all from packets. The starter (cheesy garlic bread) was well below average and you could tell that it had been toasted well before time ad simply reheated in the microwave as it was soft. There was a party of about 15 of us and a few of us didn't like the options on the set menu so decided to either just get mains or a starter that was unavailable on the set one, which proved very difficult. The staff here were slightly unhelpful saying that we could only have everyone ordering from the set menu or everyone order from the normal menu, which to be honest is poor customer care. In the end we compromised at splitting the party in two therefore having two separate bills and in turn the staff divided our party. The overall experience, bearing in mind previous visits there, is one of slight disappointment with average food. Though, the first time i went there i had the cheese jalapenos to start, which were lovely. Maybe i've just been unlucky but i don't go there unless it's someone's birthday who wants to go there!
