We are ideally situated for the business traveller, being near Rosyth Dockyard & Business Park, Sky Dunfermline. We are within 5 minutes both to the M90 motorway and regular train and bus services to Edinburgh. Edinburgh is only 25 minutes away by train and car, why stay in a Bed & Breakfast in Edinburgh when you can stay with us?

Our accommodation is set in extensive, secluded, picturesque gardens; with a patio and seating to enjoy the views over Inverkeithing and the Firth of Forth towards Edinburgh.
Our guests have exclusive use of our dining lounge where there is a TV and music for your relaxation. We provide off street parking and secure parking for motor bikes in a locked garage. Elendil B&B is an ideal base for exploring the whole of Fife including St Andrews (The Home of Golf), Perth, Central Scotland, The Borders and the Highlands of Scotland.

Directions
From the Forth Road Bridge and South
Exit Junction 1 after Forth Road Bridge, take B980 for Rosyth, follow road for 1/2 mile, turn right at top of hill for Inverkeithing, (crossing the flyover). Follow road for approx 600yds, turn right into Manse Road. follow road for 200yds, turn right into Muckle Hill Road. Follow conifers on left hand side turn left up driveway.
From The North
Follow M90 to Edinburgh, exit junction 1 for Kincardine Bridge, take A985 at roundabout signed for Kincardine Bridge, follow road ) for 1/2 mile turn left on to B980 signed for North Queensferry. (Castlandhill Road), turn left at top of hill. for Inverkeithing (crossing the flyover) follow road for approx 600yds, turn right into Manse Road. follow road for 200yds, turn right into Muckle Hill Road. Follow conifers on left hand side turn left up driveway.
From the Kincardine Bridge
