Ellam Land Surveys was established in 1984 and registered as Elbane Limited by Granville Ellam, a former work colleague at White Young Consulting Engineers in Headingley, Leeds.
In 1990 the company expanded and moved from their offices in Ossett, to the Anchor House complex in Dewsbury where they have remained ever since.
In 2000 Steve Ellam was made a company director and works alongside Granville, giving the company a vast wealth of knowledge.
The company are positioned in an enviable location close to all the major road networks feeding the country, giving them quick and easy access to all parts of the United Kingdom.
No job is either too small or too large, whether it's a small garden for a house extension or a multi million pound supermarket revamp. Both will receive the same profesional attention from start to finish.
