Highly recommended - excellent customer service!

Servicing
I had my car given a major service and new tyres with Elstead Cars and couldn't be happier with the work they undertook. The price was also very reasonable compared with other garages in the area. I will be using them again and have recommended their services to friends and family.

2008 S500 LWB
I was browsing cars over the weekend with no true intention of a purchse. i tend not to be impulsive when it comes to big purchases. i have to say the attitude and willingness of this garage really impressed me and so did the vehicle i came to test. they are only a small outfit on an industrial estate in swanley but they appear very genuine and seem to have good experience. they have a big workshop with good facilities. this experience encouraged me to purchase. im very happy!

Fast and great value
Booked my car (Jeep Cherokee 2.4)in for a cambelt service on Thursday AM. By 4pm they had completed the job and it only cost me £193.55. They carried out a courtesy level check and did a puncture repair which was great as i was driving my family on holiday to france on Monday. No other garage locally would accomodate me with such short notice. They truly deserve a 5 Star!

Fantastic Service
I bought a 2008 BMW 730 LD, i had been to see 4 others before purchasing this, it was perfect in every way, everything worked, the car was serviced and MOT'd for me and the price was extremely competetive. They offer a very good service and i have since used them to service the other car in our family that was great value for money. Thanks!

Sharks
Bought a car ABS doesn't work, bald tyre, one headlight not working even though new MOT date day of purchase. When I complained this was the response: Take it up with the MOT station if you wish, there address and phone number will be on the certificate, bottom right hand side

Do not buy from them..!
Bought a car from these people and had nothing but trouble, delivered the car with a big scratch on the front bumper which was not there when viewed, gave no reciept for the cash, took 3 weeks to post Mot and HPI check data and only then after being chased. had to keep calling to obtain the Log book which they claimed had been lost by the DVLA. In the end had to pay another £25 to and submit a V62 my Road tax. Very quick to take your money but dont expect any after sales service..!
