Do NOT use this company if you feel that after sales service is important - Very pleasant before we paid for our open fireplace, surround and hearth, totally disinterested after - in so much as I had to ask the owner to leave my house after he became rude and aggressive when following up a requested site visit to deal with our unhappiness ( and this was just over a week after we had to almost beg him to come and inspect the job. Disgraceful behaviour from him . Would NEVER recommend to anyone. Workmen who installed, though were pleasant and hardworking
