Massage is a holistic approach that can be used alongside or as an alternative to conventional medicines. It can treat and prevent a huge variety of problems or can simply be used for relaxation.

Excellent Treatment
I'm a sports man, mainly into football which I play regularly. Obviously with playing sports I get a lot of sports injuries. Recently I had neck, shoulders and lower back tension which I needed sorting out quickly. I searched online for a business to help me, where I came across Emma Rands Complementary Therapies. Her website was great and simple and I rang her up to book an appointment. My experience there was excellent, it was very professional and I could tell straight away that she knew what she was doing. After my session, where she worked brilliantly on the tension in my neck, shoulders and lower back, I felt so much better and enjoyed the experience so much that I now go back to Emma regularly. I would definitely recommend Emma Rands Complementary Therapies for anyone who needs a nice relaxing massage or someone like me who regularly gets tension in their body.
