About
KaraTe Classes for Children & Adults
EmptyHands is a Traditional Karate School whose focus is on discipline, etiquette and self-defence for children and adults. Our system is structured so that students develop and learn all aspects of Martial Arts. Our belt system is fair and independent with recognised governance.
Karate Classes are held Every Thursday and Saturday at St Andrews Church Hall:
Thursday Evening Timetable
•Pre-School Class for 4 to 5 Year olds (Separate hall with dedicated Instructor)-7:00pm to 8:00pm
•Junior Beginner Class for 6+ years old- 7:00pm to 8:00pm
•Junior Intermediate Class-7:00pm to 8:00pm
•Junior Advance Class- 8:00pm to 9:00pm
•Adult Advance Class- 8:00pm to 9:00pm
•Instructor Coaching: 9:00 to 9:30pm
Saturday Workshops take place between 2 to 5pm.
