Very Bad service
Very bad service, Dylan in Mallusk brought us Blue Audi A3 late night Saturday trough Range Rover Insurance. He did not show us the car and we found all the problems when he had already left. We were a good catch because we had never taken a car before from rental companies. The car had lights on the dash and cracked windscreen. Their office was closed so we couldn't report the damage. Brought the car back on Monday to Range Rover dealership and reported all faults. Two months later we recieved damege recovery letter and we must pay £250. If I could get away with no star rating I would!! So stressed over the whole experience!
