We are fully insured and Accredited with E.lmhurst Energy, Stroma + ECMK
All assessors are enhanced DBS checked. We offer domestic and commercial level 3 and 4 EPCs along with MEES (minimum energy efficiency standard) consultancy and SAP calculations for on-construction buildings and Feed-In Tariff surveys.
We charge £45.00 for a domestic EPC for properties up to 4 bedrooms then quote separately for all commercial properties based on the size and heating systems.
